High Versatility

While primarily used for rewinding industrial materials, it can also be used in various other applications such as small-scale splitting and inspection. Furthermore, to accommodate a wide range of yarn types and densities, including carbon fiber, glass fiber, and twisted yarn, various bobbin sizes and materials, and traverse widths are available.

Nelson Roller’s Stable Nip Force in a Space-Saving Design.

By adopting the Nelson roller system, reliable gripping force (nip force) on the yarn is ensured, resulting in stable yarn feeding without slippage. The compact mechanism allows for efficient layout with minimal installation space.

Stable Unwinding Tension

High-precision control minimizes tension fluctuations during yarn extraction (unwinding) from the package. This prevents damage and fraying to delicate carbon fiber, ensuring a consistently stable tension supply for the next process.

High degree of flexibility in winding conditions

It offers a high degree of flexibility in setting tension patterns and other parameters to obtain the optimal package form.

Defect entanglement prevention function (optional)

If defects such as lint are detected during winding, the winding process will stop before the defects are incorporated into the package.
