Automatic Package Switching Function
The automatic switching function from a fully wound package to a new bobbin enables continuous operation. Furthermore, our unique switching method achieves a high success rate and minimizes friction on the fibers during switching.

By designing a yarn path that does not pass over the winding unit, the risk of entanglement into other units is reduced even if the wound fiber breaks.

SMU (Setting & Monitoring Unit) Enables Machine Status Monitoring and Recipe Management
Even in the event of a malfunction, the machine status can be seen at a glance, making necessary countermeasures clear and reducing machine downtime. Furthermore, the recipe management function enables the shortest possible product changeover time, supporting on-site operations in various ways.
7-Segment Display Enables Machine Status Confirmation
In addition to the SMU, the 7-segment display on each unit also allows for partial confirmation of the machine status. During machine operation, the next steps are displayed on the 7-segment display to support work. In the event of a malfunction, an error code is displayed, making necessary countermeasures clear and reducing machine downtime.
Higher-Level Communication Enables Production Status Monitoring and Line Control
Production status monitoring can be integrated into the customer’s system.
