Even in the event of a malfunction, the machine status can be viewed at a glance, clearly indicating necessary countermeasures and minimizing machine downtime. Furthermore, the recipe management function enables the shortest possible product changeover time, supporting on-site operations in various ways.

7-Segment Display Enables Machine Status Confirmation

In addition to the SMU, the 7-segment display on each unit also allows for partial confirmation of the machine status. During machine operation, the next steps are displayed on the 7-segment display to support work. In the event of a malfunction, an error code is displayed, clearly indicating necessary countermeasures and minimizing machine downtime.

Higher-Level Communication Enables Production Status Monitoring and Line Control

Production status monitoring can be integrated into the customer’s system.

End Thread Retaining Mechanism

By incorporating an end thread retaining mechanism into the fully wound package, the problem of threads getting tangled in other units is reduced, and quality degradation due to thread friction is prevented.
