Easy Condition Changes
Wattage, tension, contact pressure, and constant length can be easily set using the touch panel on each machine. The touch panel also allows for manual operation during adjustments and I/O checks, supporting work.
Excellent Layout Flexibility
Space saving is achieved by stacking units in two tiers (upper and lower) within a single machine. Furthermore, the yarn direction (LR) can be changed without additional parts, making it easy to revise the factory layout.
SMU (Setting & Monitoring Unit) Enables Machine Status Monitoring and Recipe Management
Multi-step recipes can be automatically generated by inputting conditions such as the twill angle. Furthermore, the recipe management function enables the shortest possible product changeover time, supporting on-site work in various ways.
Status information can be monitored via higher-level communication.
By importing the machine’s status information into your system, you can check the machine’s status even from a remote location.
